Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Athh Technologies ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information in Athh AdOps (the "Platform"), available at athhops.in. The Platform is an internal tool used by authorised members of our team to manage the advertising and app-monetization of our own mobile applications.

1. Who can use the Platform

Accounts are created only by our administrators for authorised staff and partners. There is no public sign-up. The Platform is not directed at children and is not intended for consumers.

2. Information we collect

Account information

Username and password set by an administrator, your role, and the sections and apps you are permitted to access.
Activity needed to run the Platform, such as preferences, saved drafts, settings, and a log of changes you make (for example, which ad or mediation changes were applied and when).

Data from connected Google services

When an authorised administrator connects a Google account, the Platform accesses data from the following services, only for the accounts and apps that belong to Athh Technologies:

Google Ads — campaigns, ad groups, assets, budgets and performance reports, and the ability to create or update them.
Google AdMob — apps, ad units, mediation groups, waterfall settings and earnings/mediation reports, and the ability to manage them.
Google Analytics (GA4) and Firebase — aggregated app usage metrics (for example active users, retention, sessions and screen time by app version and country) and Remote Config values.
Google Play Console — store-listing performance, user reviews, vitals and related reports for our apps.
Basic Google profile information (name and email address) of the connected account, used to identify the connection.

App analytics are aggregated statistics about our apps' audiences. The Platform does not request or store the personal information of the people who use our mobile apps.

3. How we use information

To sign you in, enforce access permissions and keep the Platform secure.
To show dashboards and reports, and to create, optimise and schedule advertising and monetization settings that you request.
To keep an audit history of changes and to troubleshoot problems.

We do not sell information, use it for advertising profiles, or share it with data brokers.

4. AI-assisted features

Some features (for example ad copy, store-listing text and image generation) send campaign or app content — such as an app name, description or performance summary — to AI service providers (OpenAI, Google Gemini, Groq) to generate suggestions. We do not send passwords, Google account tokens, or personal data of our app users to these providers.

5. Google API Services — Limited Use

Athh AdOps' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide and improve the user-facing features of the Platform described above, is not used for advertising, is not sold, and is not read by humans except with consent, for security purposes, to comply with law, or when aggregated and anonymised for internal operations.

6. Sharing

We share information only with service providers that host or operate the Platform for us (such as our server and database hosting) and the AI providers described above, under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

7. Storage, security and retention

Data is stored on servers we control, with access limited to authorised personnel. Connections to Google are authorised with OAuth tokens held on our servers; you can revoke this access at any time from your Google Account permissions.
We keep account and audit data while the account is active and as long as needed for business, legal and accounting purposes, then delete or anonymise it. Reports pulled from Google services are cached only as long as needed for the Platform to work.

8. Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete your account information, or to disconnect a Google account, by contacting us. Disconnecting stops further access; previously generated reports may be kept as described above.

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version.
