Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern access to and use of Athh AdOps (the "Platform") at athhops.in, operated by Athh Technologies ("we", "us"). By signing in you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Authorised use only
- The Platform is an internal business tool. Accounts are issued by our administrators to authorised staff and partners only.
- You must keep your credentials confidential, must not share your account, and must tell us immediately about any unauthorised use.
- You may use only the sections and apps your administrator has granted you, and only for Athh Technologies' business.
2. Changes made through the Platform
The Platform can create and change live settings in connected services, including Google Ads campaigns and budgets and Google AdMob mediation groups, floors and schedules. You are responsible for reviewing changes before you apply or schedule them. Automated features (such as scheduled mediation-set rotation and optimisation suggestions) act on the settings you configure.
3. Third-party services
Your use of connected services remains subject to their own terms and policies, including the Google Ads, Google AdMob, Google Play and Google Analytics terms and policies. Actions must comply with those policies, including advertising content policies.
4. AI-generated content
AI features produce suggestions (text and images) that may be inaccurate or unsuitable. You must review and approve any AI-generated content before publishing it, and you are responsible for ensuring it is accurate and policy-compliant.
5. Acceptable use
You must not attempt to access accounts, apps or data you are not authorised for; interfere with or overload the Platform; reverse-engineer it; or use it for any unlawful purpose.
6. Confidentiality and ownership
The Platform, its software and all business data shown in it (including revenue, campaign and analytics data) are the confidential property of Athh Technologies. Do not copy, export or disclose them except as needed for your work.
7. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Platform, and may suspend or remove access at any time, for example when your role ends or these Terms are breached.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Platform is provided "as is". Reports may be delayed or differ from the source services. To the extent permitted by law, Athh Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue arising from configuration changes, outages of third-party services, or reliance on reports or AI suggestions.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information in the Platform is handled.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
